Pastry Chef Josh Short has transformed Buzz into a haven for sweet-toothed foodies of all ages with his brand of sublime confectionery creations based on the finest possible ingredients. He is at ease with producing a wide range and volume of top-flight desserts as appealing visually as they are delicious.
A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Josh began his pastry career in Las Vegas at Le Cirque, Osteria del Circo, Spago and Bellagio. Closer to home, Josh has served as Executive Pastry Chef for both Zola and Red Sage restaurants before joining Buzz in 2007.
Josh has been nominated three years in a row for “Best Pastry Chef of the Year” by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington.
